Austin, Texas – (May 31, 2023) – Focus Strategies Investment Banking (“Focus Strategies”) is pleased to announce the sale of Lamar Technical Services, Inc. (“LTSI” or the “Company”) to Think Power Solutions (“Think Power”), a platform company of Warren Equity Partners. Focus Strategies served as the exclusive financial advisor to LTSI, which closed on September 30, 2024.
With offices in Cedar Park and Conroe, Texas, LTSI has been a leader in providing a wide range of support services to the electric utility and other industries across the state of Texas for over two and a half decades. Utilizing the latest design and surveying technologies, as well as GIS technology, the Company offers technical support to the utility industry regardless of project stage, from the initial planning stage to completion of a final product.
Founded in 2013 and based in Plano, Texas, Think Power is a technology-driven leader in utility infrastructure, providing inspection, oversight, and project management for electric, gas, and renewable infrastructure.
