Austin, Texas – (May 31, 2023) – Trace Analytics, LLC (“Trace Analytics” or the “Company”), which specializes in the analysis of compressed air and gas used in manufacturing, breathing air, and medical facilities, has been acquired by Ingersoll Rand (NYSE:IR), a global provider of mission-critical flow creation and industrial solutions. Focus Strategies Merchant Banking, LLC (“Focus Strategies”) served as the exclusive financial advisor to Trace Analytics, which closed on May 1, 2023.
Austin-based Trace Analytics utilizes its accredited lab facility and state-of-the-art equipment to provide compressed air quality analyses to dive facilities, fire departments, branches of the United States military and government, and general industry users. For over thirty years, the Company has provided services to customers worldwide and has built an extensive international network of independent distributors.
