Focus Strategies Secures Buyer for Buda Woodworks
January 15, 2020 (Austin, TX) – Buda Woodworks, LLC (“Buda Woodworks” or the “Company”), a leading provider of regional high-end custom architectural millwork, has been acquired by Dallas-based A.P. Brashear Group, LLC, who is led by Price Brashear and J.J. Barto. Aaron Handler, founder of Dallas-based Elm Creek Partners, advised the buyer on the transaction. Focus Strategies Merchant Banking, LLC (“Focus Strategies”) served as the exclusive financial advisor to Buda Woodworks throughout the transaction, which closed on September 30, 2019.
Buda, Texas-based Buda Woodworks has proudly served the Central Texas area for over 27 years. Founded in 1992 and purchased by Chris Cloran and a partner in 2014, the Company provides custom design, fabrication, and installation of premium grade architectural millwork and casework for commercial and high-end residential projects. Buda Woodworks designs, builds, and installs complex projects to exacting specifications. The Company has developed a reputation for quality, service and dependability and serves a premier and diversified base of local and national general contractors and architectural firms.
