Focus Strategies Secures Buyer for CyberlinkASP

January 8, 2020 (Austin, TX) – CyberlinkASP (“Cyberlink” or the “Company”), a leading provider of comprehensive virtual desktop and application hosting solutions, has been acquired by Staple Street Capital (“Staple Street”). Focus Strategies Merchant Banking, LLC (“Focus Strategies”) served as the exclusive financial advisor to Cyberlink throughout the transaction, which closed on November 1, 2019.
Founded in 1999, Dallas, Texas-based Cyberlink provides 100% cloud-based hosting and computing solutions, freeing small and medium-sized businesses from the costly burden of building and maintaining their own IT infrastructures and allowing them to focus on their core business. The Company can host, service, and support virtually any application in the Cyberlink Cloud, and can expertly host specialized industry-specific applications while satisfying compliance requirements.
