Focus Strategies Secures Buyer for Rent Equip, LLC

December 3, 2020 (Austin, TX) – Rent Equip, LLC (“Rent Equip” or the “Company”), an Austin-based general rental, sales, and service company, has been acquired by Tejas Investment Partners (“Tejas”). Focus Strategies, LLC (“Focus Strategies”) served as the exclusive financial advisor to Rent Equip throughout the transaction, which closed September 30, 2020.
Rent Equip has three Company-owned locations in the greater Austin, Texas area and nine affiliate satellite locations that primarily focuses on daily and weekly rentals to small to medium sized contractors. The Company’s primary rental categories are rubber-tire and track skid steer loaders and mini-excavators. Other prominent rental items include trenchers, trailers, wood and brush chippers, small reach forklifts, towable boom lifts, scissor lifts, hammers, breakers, air compressors and air tools and other general rental equipment.
